To oversee the conduct of the Early Management of Severe Trauma (EMST) Course program throughout Australasia according to the policy and standards of the ATLS^® Subcommittee of the ACS Committee on Trauma
To oversee the continued development of the EMST Course programme throughout Australasia as required.
To oversee the review of curriculum and materials necessary to the EMST Course program.
To foster the promulgation of EMST in the Asia-Pacific region.
To maintain a close professional and collaborative relationship with the ATLS^® Subcommittee of the ACS Committee on trauma and the broader ATLS^® international community.
To maintain the Memorandum of Understanding with the ATLS^® Subcommittee of the ACS COT
