Travel management

The College has recently reviewed the provision of travel management services for all its activities.

As a result of the review, the College has decided to appoint FCm Travel Solutions (FCm) to provide travel management services for the College from 7 May 2007.

FCm Travel Solutions is a division of Flight Centre Limited – Australia and New Zealand’s largest travel agency group and was founded in 1981. The company is the fastest growing travel group in Australia providing services dedicated solely to the business travel market.

It provides cost effective business travel services for organisations of all sizes while combining the personalised service and benefits of a corporate travel agency.

FCm will provide travel management services for all domestic and international travel arrangements booked in Australia except for a limited amount of international project travel and travel for the ASC organised by the Conference and Events department.

These arrangements will also exclude domestic travel within and international travel from New Zealand which is booked in accordance with directions from the New Zealand National office of the College.

All persons travelling on College business should refer to the College Travel and Accommodation Policy and “College Guide” which are available on this website.

When booking please let the people at FCm know if your travel is being funded by the College. This will require you to quote the name of a College contact.
