Welcome to the Trainees' Association!
You've already worked very hard to get to where you are. We're here to make the next step of the journey as enjoyable and productive as possible.
The Trainees' Association (RACSTA) has been established to represent Trainees' interests within the College. Representation on Council boards at all levels has been achieved. If you want to get your views across, email your reps via the RACSTA e-mail addresses. Your ongoing feedback on issues affecting Trainees is vital.
Drop me a line on RACSTA.Chair@surgeons.org. I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and to working with you!
Cheers
Matthew Peters
Chair, RACSTA

Communication Flow Chart
The Communication Flow Chart (
PDF) details what happens when you raise an issue with
the Trainees' Committee. If the issue can be resolved by a member of the
Committee, it will proceed no further. In other cases, especially if it
is an issue which affects a number of trainees, it may be brought to a
higher level to be discussed by Fellows and Trainees before a solution
is implemented. Please note that this process does not cover or replace
questions/requests directed to the SET administration.
