Logbooks

A secure web-enabled application will be designed to facilitate logbook data entry by basic and advanced surgical trainees. Features will include automatic generation of mandatory reports required by supervisors, Specialty Boards and the RACS. Trainees will have the choice of remaining with their current logbook system, exporting their data into the new system or entering data directly. Further development will expand the application to include practising fellows to facilitate life-long audit of surgical cases.
