The Scholarship Program, under the umbrella of the Foundation for Surgery, offers more than $1 million in funding annually to the most academic and able surgical Trainees and Fellows.

Statistical support network

The Board of Surgical Research is working to establish a network of individuals and groups willing to provide statistical assistance to surgical Trainees and Fellows undertaking surgical research.

The Biostatistical Consulting Service has indicated its willingness to provide their services (please negotiate service fees directly with the organisation). The Biostatistical Consulting Service of the Monash Institute is a service provided by the staff of the Biostatistics Unit – Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine.
