The Professional Development Committee exists to govern the
activities encompassed within the Professional Development
portfolio. This includes responsibilities for activities undertaken
by the Professional Development Department and the governance
structures they support.
The committee's role is:
- to initiate and maintain a strategic overview of all aspects of
professional development
- to oversee the development and implementation of all professional development
activities throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Governance
The Professional Development Committee makes recommendations to
the Professional
Development and Standards Board (PDSB) in relation to the
objectives, statements and duties listed in the committee's terms
of reference.
