Keeping Trainees on Track e-learning course
Keeping Trainees on Track (KTOT) is essentially a toolkit, designed to provide surgical supervisors and trainers with the right tools for the right job, that is, to support the development and growth of Trainees. KTOT is crafted to assist underperforming Trainees get ‘back on track’.
Equally important, the KTOT framework is designed and equally effective for well-performing Trainees, identifying how to extend and foster their learning, allowing them to maintain their trajectory for development.
KTOT is well suited to those surgical supervisors and Trainers who are seeking best-practice frameworks, and applying their educator duties in a manner that brings out the best in their Trainees.
