The JDocs Framework, aligned to the College's nine surgical core
competencies, describes the many tasks, skills and behaviours that
the junior doctor should achieve at defined levels during
postgraduate years (PGY) 1 to 3 and beyond. This will assist
doctors in the development towards a career in surgery, as well as
supporting those who follow other proceduralist careers. Visit the
JDocs website for further
information.
