Don't miss a fun night of food, drinks, laughs and prizes.

The inaugural RACS Queensland Charity Ball will be held on Saturday 10 November 2018 at Blackbird Restaurant, Eagle Street Brisbane. The RACS Queensland State Committee and Queensland Younger Fellows Committee invites all Queensland Fellows, Trainees, IMGs and their partners to support this worthy event.

Auctions (live and silent) and Raffle prizes included but not limited to the following:

  • escape packages
  • luxury experiences
  • various art pieces
  • jewellery
  • luxury motor vehicle on display
  • restaurant vouchers
  • cinema vouchers.

If you wish to donate towards the event but are unable to attend, please feel free to register and select your desired donation option.

Pre-event Contributions to "Dancing with the Surgeons" Challenge - special pledge appeal auction segment.

ART 2018 Charity Ball QLD - Dancing with the Surgeons

Contribution towards the auction segment of Dancing with the Surgeons can be made in advance. You can give a donation towards the release of the video production. The video clip will be shown on the night once donations for it reaches a prerequisite level. Surgeons who will be dancing include:

All proceeds from the Charity Ball will be directed to the Foundation for Surgery, in particular two valuable projects:

  • Supporting Indigenous Australians who aspire to a career in surgery, and
  • Providing essential Trauma Management (EMST) training in Timor-Leste.
