Trainee Feedback 01-30 October

Trainees are involved in providing feedback to junior doctors, such as interns, as well as participating in feedback discussions about their own performance with their Surgical Supervisors. The course has been developed at the specific request of Trainees to assist them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively participate in feedback conversations
