The Operating with Respect (OWR) course is evidence-based and designed to equip surgeons with practical strategies and skills to respond to unacceptable behaviour. The course aims to help all surgeons create a safer and more respectful workplace that impacts on how Trainees learn and on the quality of surgical care.
Fellows support the delivery of the OWR course. Each course is led by a senior faculty member (course director) with the support of three faculty who have completed an Operating with Respect instructor course.
Priority access is given to Fellows required to complete the OWR course.
