Foundation Skills for Surgical Educators (FSSE)

Are you interested in surgical education? Are you teaching or training in your current role?

ThisĀ is an introductory course to expand knowledge and skills in surgical teaching and education.

The aim of the course is to establish a basic standard expected of RACS surgical educators and will further knowledge in teaching and learning concepts.

Participants will look at how these concepts can be applied into their own teaching context and will have the opportunity to reflect on their own personal strengths and weaknesses as an educator.
