RACSTA Induction Conference
The annual RACSTA Induction Conference (RIC) is held to welcome first year surgical Trainees from the nine specialties, across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand to RACS, to the Trainees’ Association as well as focus on preparation for their coming years in the SET program.
A virtual conference will be held in late 2024.

2023 RACSTA Induction Conference
Now in its 14th year, the RACSTA Induction Conference is held to welcome first year surgical Trainees from nine specialties, across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand to RACS, to RACSTA, as well as focus on preparation for their coming years in the surgical education and training (SET) program.
The 2023 program involved a full day of informative sessions given by mentors and senior surgeons.
