The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) would like to thank Joyce Ethel Robertson’s estate for her bequest of $2 million.

This bequest was made by Joyce to support surgical research and will be used by the Foundation of Surgery team to fund research scholarships in 2024.

We are very fortunate and thankful to Joyce for her generosity as this will assist in future surgical research to the most deserving surgeons.
