Terms of reference
- To meet on a regular basis.
- To agree on progam schedules, plans and tasks required to
meet program objectives.
- To provide leadership and guidance to the program - to
focus on strategy to meet program objectives.
- To be responsible for identifying resource requirements and,
wherever possible, organising provision of these resources.
- To exercise direction over program activities, approve plans,
and monitor their execution.
- To make decisions on issues which threaten to affect the
progress of the program and ensure adequate contingency
management is in place.
- To delegate measures of effectiveness and efficiency and
monitor program performance against these criteria.
