Overview
I am a New Zealand trained Orthopaedic Surgeon since 2003
I have Fellowship experience in Trauma, Upper Limb, (Australia) and Paediatric Orthopedics and Paediatric Hand Surgery (Dallas, Texas, USA)
I have worked at The Starship Children's Hospital since 2006 as a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon with an interest in Hand and Upper Limb but also doing general Paedaitric Orthopaedics.
I also have a small private practice which includes musculoskeletal problems in adults.
Since 2015 I ahve worked with Medecins Sans Frontieres and this has taken me to Afghanistan (War Surgery) in 2015 and Haiti (Trauma/Global Surgery) in 2016
In addition I have extensive experience in a number of sporting activities especially endurance sports and am very interested in using exercise and rehab as an adjunct to Orthopaedic treatment
