Following recommendations to Council and a successful workshop
series, 'Winding Down from Surgical Practice' in 2004, the Senior
Surgeons Fellowship Working Party (SSFWP) was formed. In 2007, it
was renamed the Senior Surgeons Group. The aim is to develop
relevant activities and services for this sector of the
profession
