You might have noticed that your member profile platform, or ‘Portfolio’, looks different; particularly the ‘Profile’ section.
We are progressively moving to eHub, which runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365. It will eventually provide you with a 360-degree view of your information and overall journey with RACS. Your online experience will continually improve as we gradually move our legacy applications to modern platforms.
We have outlined a simple five-step process to make sure you are always able to access your profile without any issues.

Step 1: Click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right-hand corner of the website.
Step 2: Fill in your email address and password and click ‘Sign in’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Portfolio’ on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 4a: You will arrive at the ‘Dashboard’. To access eHub, first click on ‘Profile’. (To access your 2021 CPD details, click on ‘View 2021 CPD.)
Step 4b: Next, click on ‘eHub’ or the ‘My Details’ tab.
Step 5: You have arrived in eHub! You can update your details. In the coming months, we will make other functions available to you.
