**Critical Network Maintenance (All sites) - Saturday 2nd July 8:00am - 5:00pm AEST **

Dear Colleagues,

We will be conducting critical maintenance on our core network at the following date and times

• Saturday 2nd July (8:00am to 5:00pm)

During this time the following systems will have intermittent outages:

• Access to the RACS website
• Access to applications that require a login
o Portfolio, eCommittees, Library, MALT, CPD, BAS and eLearning
o Registration & Enrolments, IMG Online Application, IMG Progress Report, Mini-CEX and DOPS, Provider Portal.
• Citrix (CHASM and RACS)
• Mitel Phone system
• VPN Access
• Fees and Online store

The key benefits of this preventative maintenance is to:

• Improve stability and maintenance
• Improve security and monitoring
• Preparation for the Wireless Upgrade
