Now more than ever we need to stay connected and seek support when life is challenging.  The College has launched a short video on the RACS Support Program to increase awareness of this important member-focused support service.

The video is a two minute animation that highlights the importance of maintaining wellbeing not only for our ourselves, but for our patients and the teams that we work with.  It describes the range of issues or concerns that you can receive support for including conflict, bullying, stressful events and mental health issues and how to make initial contact.

Delivered by Converge International, the RACS Support Program offers confidential 24/7 counselling and support to Fellows, Trainees, Specialist International Medical Graduates, Global Health volunteers and their immediate families. Four free sessions are available each calendar year to support any professional or personal concerns.
