Surgeon wellbeing can impact individuals, the quality of care we provide to patients and how we work as teams.

RACS has launched a short Surgeon Wellbeing eLearning module to highlight key challenges and promote the shared responsibility for wellbeing.  The module is an introduction to surgeon wellbeing and is part of a suite of free microlearning activities available to all Fellows, Trainees and Specialist International Medical Graduates (SIMGs).

Based on the Wellbeing Charter for Doctors and developed by the RACS Wellbeing Working Group, the module covers wellbeing challenges, protective factors and promotes the important message that we all have a part to play to advance surgeon wellbeing - individuals, colleagues, leaders, hospitals, medical colleges and jurisdictions.  The module also provides an overview of wellbeing resources and support options for RACS members.

The module is an approved activity in the RACS CPD Program and participation will be automatically recorded via CPD Online.  Complete the Surgeon Wellbeing eLearning module today.
