RACS distributed a survey regarding telehealth to all of our Australian-based Fellows on 10 August. The survey asks Fellows to share their experiences using telehealth, and upon completion surgeons are given the option to distribute a ‘consumer survey’ to their telehealth patients.

RACS strongly supports this survey project as we want to engage with government regarding the future of the temporary MBS item numbers for surgical telehealth established due to COVID-19. We believe the data gathered from these surveys has the potential to be very useful with government.

RACS believes that the government will be particularly interested in data from the consumer survey, so we encourage Fellows to distribute this survey to as many patients as possible.

If you can’t find the 10 August survey email, please contact [email protected] to be re-sent a copy of the email.
