1. Access to the RACS website
2. Citrix remote access
3. Staff Portal
4. Access to applications that require a login:
• Portfolio, Staff Portal, iMIS, Great Plains, eCommittees, Library, MALT, CPD, BAS, eLearning, Registrations & Enrollments, IMG Online Application, IMG Progress Report, Mini-CEX, DOPS and Provider Portal.
5. CHASM access via Citrix
The following dates and times are when systems will be offline:
• Saturday 5th November
Outage: 8:00am - 2:00PM
• Sunday 6th November
Outage: 8:00am - 2:00PM
