Thanks to you, this year we celebrate 40 years of supporting critical global health, Indigenous health and research to help ensure all children, families and communities have access to quality surgical care when they need it most.

However, this is a very unusual year. COVID-19 has started to affect nearly every aspect of our lives, particularly those of you who are doing extraordinary work on the front-line. More than ever, it makes me think of the communities that don’t have the health infrastructure we have. As a result, we are working harder than ever (albeit offsite) to ensure access to safe and quality surgical care, here and throughout our Region. Therefore, we need your support more than ever to make long term change, to ensure health equity and a healthy future.

To donate, please do so online right here (Australia/New Zealand).

We place immense value in our relationships with you, our supporters. The Foundation for Surgery would not exist without your extraordinary kindness, admirable compassion and ongoing commitment. So if we can help you in any way, please email foundation@surgeons.org. Alternatively, call +61 3 9249 1110, leave a message, and we’ll return your call.

May you and your loved ones, stay safe and stay healthy.
