RACS' commitment to building a culture of respect in surgery, by addressing discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment, remained steadfast in 2020.

The 2020 Progress Report outlines what we have done in 2020 across four areas of our plan: cultural change and leadership, diversity and inclusion, surgical education and feedback and complaints.

This Progress Report shows the progress we are making towards building a culture of respect in surgery. It reflects RACS serious and continuing commitment to a long-term body of work that is strategic, practical and purposeful.
