- Skin Services Review Item Descriptors (PDF 2.91MB) - if the item does not appear, it is because it has not been altered in the review.
- Patch Testing Items Descriptors (PDF 206.52KB) - items 12015 and 12018 have been deleted and replaced with item 12017.
