Mr Naveen Narayanasamy

Overview

Mr. Naveen Nara MBBS, FRACS, FA(Ortho), is a fully qualified Australian trained orthopaedic surgeon. His special interests include the lower limb and trauma.

Naveen completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne (Royal Melbourne Hospital Clinical School) whilst residing at Ormond College. Naveen underwent orthopaedic training in both Sydney and Melbourne hospitals

Surgical areas of Interest:

-Bunion and forefoot surgery

-Foot & Ankle surgery for arthritis/deformities

-Hip and Knee replacement surgery

-Knee arthroscopic surgery

-Trauma and fracture treatment of both the upper and lower limb

Naveen is a senior clinical lecturer at Melbourne University and Deakin University medical schools.

His public appointment is with Ballarat Base Hospital. His Private hospital appointments are with St John of God Hospital in Ballarat as well as Waverley Private Hospital in Mount Waverley. 

Naveen consults at Ballarat Base Hospital, Ballarat OSM on Webster Street in Ballarat, and MyHealth Medical Centre at The Glen in Glen Waverley. 

Naveen also provides consultations (new as well as ongoing reviews) via Telehealth and receives eReferrals through admin@naveennara.com.au
