Assoc Prof James Van Gelder
Overview
A/Prof. James van Gelder is an Australian-trained Specialist Neurosurgeon & Spine Surgeon and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He is the director of Neurosurgery at Concord Repatriation Hospital and Sydney Adventist Hospital, and the co-founder and director of the Sydney Spine Institute. He holds Conjoint Associate Professorship at the University of NSW and has served as a faculty member and teaching staff at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. His academic interests include Evidence-Based Medicine, Clinical Epidemiology and Biomedical Engineering.
