Dr Jessica 'Jess' Savage

Overview

Jessica Savage is a Plastic Surgeon specialising in Breast Reconstruction, Hand Surgery and General Plastic Surgery. Having completed training in Plastic Surgery in New Zealand in 2017, she is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. After a short period as a locum consultant in Christchurch Hospital, NZ, Jessica moved to the UK to take up a position as senior microsurgical fellow, focused on breast reconstruction. Following this she completed a further specialist fellowship in Hand Surgery. Jessica was selected to complete a third, highly competative aesthetic fellowship at The London Clinic, Harley Street, London where she completed 6-months in this sought after position, refining her knowledge and skills in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

In November 2020 Jessica was appointed as a locum Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, England where she helped to develop and grow the Breast reconstruction Service. She was a valued team memnber of the Hand Surgery team and worked on reducing the Skin Cancer Surgery waiting times, following the COVID pandemic.

Since April 2022 Jessica has been working as a Locum Consultant Plastic surgeon in Salisbury District Hospital and Southampton University Hospital. She undertakes Breast Reconstruction, Skin Cancer Surgeries and General Plastic and Reconstructive procedures
