Special interest in Upper Limb (Shoulder and Elbow), Hand/ Wrist and Knee injuries including:

• Shoulder Stabilisation
• Rotator Cuff Repair
• Labral Repair (arthroscopic)
• Dupuytren’s Contracture
• De Quervain’s Release
• Carpal Tunnel Release under local anaesthetic
• Trigger Finger Release
• Sporting Injuries including Knees

All procedures under minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques. Dr Nimon also undertakes Shoulder and Knee replacements for arthritis.

Dr Nimon obtained his Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He undertook further training in the United Kingdom and is also a fellow of the Edinburgh Royal College of Surgeons. When not at Glenelg Orthopaedics, Dr Nimon teaches at the medical school and is appointed as Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide.

Dr Nimon is the Head of Upper Limb at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. He is a past president of the SA Hand Surgery Society and past secretary of the Shoulder and Elbow Society of Australia.
