Dr Glen Guerra

Overview

Glen practices as a General and Colorectal surgeon in Melbourne. After completing his FRACS in General Surgery in 2014, he undertook a PhD through the University of Melbourne and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre based in Colorectal Oncology, with a specific focus on anal cancer. He subsequently undertook Colorectal fellowships in Brisbane and overseas in Basingstoke at the Peritoneal Malignancy Institute and at St Mark's Hospital in London.  This including advanced training in complex pelvic malignancy including exenterative and pelvic sidewall procedures, cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC for appendiceal, colorectal and mesothelial malignancies and robotics. He currently practices at St Vincent's public and private hospitals, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Werribee Mercy Hospital.
