Dr Jeffrey Van Gangelen

Overview

Dr Jeffrey van Gangelen is a Specialist Laparoscopic and Endoscopic General Surgeon operating at the South East Regional Hospital, National Capital Private Hospital Canberra, Brindabella Endoscopy Centre Canberra and Mogo day surgery. Jeffrey completed his medical degree at the Australian National University in Canberra and gained fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Sydney. He holds specialist and general registration with the medical board of Australia and is a recognised trainer in Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy with the Conjoint Committee for Recognition in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He is the regional supervisor of General Surgery training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and is part of the Board of General Surgery training committee. Jeffrey participates in regular peer review audits and clinical governance activities. Jeffrey has a special interest in:
