Overview

I am a New Zealand trained general surgeon, with specialist training in breast and endocrine surgery, which I gained in Australia and England.  My interests are Breast Disease (including familial Breast Disorders), Thyroid and Parathyroid surgery and General Surgery (including Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Hernia Surgery).   I am part of the busy South Auckland breast clinic and BreastScreen Aotearoa. In private practice and as a CMDHB consultant surgeon, I am active in specialty areas and have experience with a wide range of general surgery on a daily basis.  I also have an interest in surgical education and maintaining our New Zealand trained workforce.
