Managing and collaborating on RACS committees
My Committees, all in one easy place
You can access information about your committees via the self-service My Committees platform on eHub. This platform centralises all committee records, making it easier to view all your current and past committee data from one convenient location.
The My Committee platform allows you to:
- Access both current and historical data from the committees of which you are/were a member.
- Collaborate with other committee members and share documents via your committee's Teams channel.
Using the My Committees platform
Log in
You need a RACS account to log into the platform, view your records and access the Teams channel associated with your committee for document sharing.

Click the Sign In button on the top right-hand corner of the screen on eHub or the college website, then enter your username and password.
Remember: The username for active Fellows, Trainees, SIMGs and Junior Doctors always ends with "@my.surgeons.org". For others, it is your registered email address. - Don't have a RACS account?
Sign up here to get started.
Access your committee
Once logged in click the My Committees link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This takes you to the My Committees dashboard, where you can view your committee membership.
Note: We recommend using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access the My Committees platform.
Access your committee's Teams channel
If your committee has an associated Microsoft Teams channel for document sharing and collaboration, a link will appear next to the committee's name.
Note: Please select 'Use the web app instead' when accessing Microsoft Teams, rather than the desktop app. This will help to avoid login in conflicts with non-RACS Microsoft 365 accounts (such as your hospital or practice account).
