The Alfred Intensive Course in General Surgery

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in The Alfred Hospital Intensive Course in General Surgery. The biennial meeting for general surgeons will be held at Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, Melbourne on Friday 29 October and Saturday 30 October 2021.

The organising committee have put together an outstanding program which should appeal to all general surgeons regardless of their subspecialties. The course is designed for surgeons undertaking general surgery at all career stages, with national experts and local faculty presenting in a range of interactive formats.

The main program of core clinical content is complemented by additional more detailed, interactive workshops and masterclasses. Other stimulating program features of interest to all will cover topics that sit just outside, but impact greatly on clinical practice.

The meeting has been scheduled to enable delegates to go on to enjoy the weekend in Melbourne.
