How do I join the RACS CPD program?

You do not need to be a Fellow to register for the RACS CPD program.

RACS CPD program – Surgically Affiliated Practitioners (PGY3+)
RACS has now developed a CPD program for PGY3+ practitioners working in a surgically affiliated field (i.e., surgical assistants, proceduralists). From January 2024, all practitioners PGY3+ in Australia will need to have a CPD home. RACS offers a joining fee of $550 per annum.

RACS CPD program – International Medical Graduates (IMGs) in Aotearoa New Zealand (AoNZ)
RACS CPD program for IMGs in AoNZ is designed for Consultants/IMGs working in surgery. 2026 Fee AUD $3,725, NZ $4,165

Participants can register for either CPD program via eHub.

Create an account. If you already have an account log into your dashboard.

2. Navigate to Subscriptions
Click on “Training and Services” (at the top of your dashboard) and then click “subscriptions”

3. Subscribe
Select subscribe on CPD Program Enrolment 2026. Update your details including your Medical ID registration – validate

4. Complete sign up
