RACS is conducting the 2020 Surgical Workforce Census during November.
The Surgical Workforce Census takes place biennially to inform advocacy and workforce planning. Key data collected includes work patterns (employment status, hours worked, private/ public mix), characteristics of the rural and regional workforce, wellbeing and future work intentions including retirement.
Fellows who live in Australia and New Zealand will receive an invitation to complete the census using your email address registered with RACS. Look out for your invitation via your inbox during the first week of November. Fellows who participate will go into a draw to win a $500 gift card. Your participation is vital to help shape the future of surgery.
Visit Workforce and Activities Reports to access previous census results and email [email protected] for further information.
