Some members are unable to sign in to RACS systems using their member email accounts (@surgeons.org and @my.surgeons.org). Anyone signing in with a personal (non-member) email address is not affected and can continue using these systems as normal.

- Moodle (eLearning management platform)
- MALT (Morbidity Audit and Logbook Tool)
- BAS (Bi-National Audit System)
At this stage, users accessing systems via private (non-member) email addresses are not experiencing issues and continue to operate normally.
Response
This is the IT team's top priority right now. We're working directly with our technology partners to identify the root cause and restore access as quickly as possible.
