Dear Colleagues

On behalf of the organising committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 16th annual Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Trainees' Association (RACSTA) Induction Conference (RIC) to be held in Melbourne on Saturday 6 December 2025.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors and partners for their generous support, as well as to all of you for attending and making this conference a successful and memorable experience. We hope you enjoy connecting with peers, colleagues and your RACSTA Trainee representatives.

Warm regards,
