How to pay

Our streamlined fees management system makes paying your fees easier than ever. Invoices are issued via email, and can be paid via credit card, PayPal, BPAY or EFT.

Ways to pay

There are two ways you can pay your membership subscription fee or training fee. 

Pay in full

  • Via the direct payment link, provided by email with your invoice (no log in required).
  • Log in to eHUB to pay by credit card or PayPal.
  • BPAY or EFT details are available on your invoice.

Pay by instalments

A 3.5% instalment surcharge applies.
  • Log in to pay the first instalment on or before 15 January.
  • Payment by credit card or PayPal available.
  • Payment of the remaining instalments will be debited on or after the following dates:
    • Instalment 2: 15 April
    • Instalment 3: 15 July
    • Instalment 4: 15 October

Paying by instalments and need to update your credit card details?

It’s easy! You can update your credit card details ahead of your next instalment payment via:

  • self-service: via eHub: log in and follow our step-by-step guide.
  • call us: Call +61 3 9249 1115 (Australian residents) or +64 4 595 1431 (Aotearoa New Zealand residents) and we can make the updates for you over the phone.
