04	Active Fellows who have been a FRACS for less than six months of subscription year	50% of full subscription rate
05	Active Fellows who are a FRANZCO or FRANZCOG or are residing overseas	50% of full subscription rate
06	Active Fellows with at least 40 years membership	10% of full subscription rate
