Annual Scientific Meeting 2023
RACS NT, WA & SA Annual Scientific Meeting
10-11 August 2023
Darwin Convention Centre, Northern Territory
Our colleagues and friends in the Top End of Australia will be hosting this year's Tri-State Annual Scientific Meeting at the Darwin Convention Centre on the 10 - 11 August 2023. This year's theme - Trauma, Futility and Sustainability - will look at vicarious trauma, road trauma, presentations from those who were on the ground more than 20 years ago during the Bali Bombing, plus more!
The program also includes sessions on sustainability in the workforce, retention and recruitment, climate sustainability and health. The program will see a number of presentations from key speakers on futility in surgery, an ethical debate and involvement from our Audit of Surgical Mortality.
Call for Abstracts!
The call for abstracts is now open for the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) and will close at 11:59 PM ACST Friday 31 May 2023. Please click here to make a submission. We encourage authors to submit abstracts around the ASM theme 'Trauma, Sustainability and Futility'.
