ANZCA FPM National Pain Education Summit 2026

The National Pain Education Summit will bring together the people who design, deliver, accredit and improve health practitioner education to accelerate implementation of the Australian Standards for Health Practitioner Pain Management Education.

 

The summit is a free event and moves the conversation from endorsement to action by exploring how the standards can be applied across curricula, professional training programs, clinical supervision, continuing professional development and health service education.

 

Through practical examples, implementation guidance, lived experience perspectives and facilitated discussion, the summit helps organisations identify where they are already aligned with the standards, where improvement is needed and what practical steps they can take next.

 

The summit will be delivered in person to encourage meaningful discussion, collaboration and practical implementation planning.
