RACS WA Mastering Private Practice Workshop
Saturday 15 November 2025
Are you thinking about starting your own private practice, or looking for ways to strengthen and streamline your existing one? The biennial Mastering Private Practice Workshop is designed for Fellows and Trainees at every stage of the journey.
This full-day program brings together expert speakers to cover the essentials of establishing, managing and growing a private practice - from business foundations and compliance, to building efficient systems and achieving long-term sustainability. Whether you're in the early stages of planning, or already managing your own practice, you'll gain valuable insights, practical strategies and the confidence to take the next step.
A highlight of this year's Mastering Private Practice Workshop will be the involvement of Fellows who will share their own journeys and insights into establishing and running a private practice. Delegates will have the chance to engage in a candid discussion session, asking questions and exploring the realities of private practice in an open forum. This is an invaluable opportunity to learn from those who have been there before and gain practical advice from colleagues who understand the challenges and rewards of private practice.
Join your colleagues for this interactive workshop and leave equipped with the insight, contacts and tools to master private practice. CPD points available.
