This course explores unacceptable workplace behaviour that is defined as 'microaggression'. In this course, you will examine principles of microaggression, as well as examples of microaggressions, and have the opportunity to reflect on your own workplace behaviour. You will also explore strategies to actively respond to and address microaggression in the workplace to ensure a safe working environment for all.
