The 2021 RACSTA Induction Conference will take place via webinar on Saturday 16 October 2021 due to the ongoing COVID restrictions.
The RACS Trainees’ Association invite Trainees commencing training in 2022 to register for the virtual RACSTA Induction Conference. The RACSTA Induction Conference is a free event, with door prizes and educational guest speakers.
The conference involves a three hour program of informative and interactive sessions as well as breakout rooms to socialise with new colleagues and meet your RACSTA Region and Specialty Representatives.
Session topics will cover trainee wellbeing, flexible training, academic surgery, women in surgery, administration tips for training and interactive session on feedback.
