Awards Committee
The College has medals and prizes whose recipients are approved by the Council, after a recommendation is made by the Awards Committee.

Overview
The committee meets three times a year during Council week (February, June and October).
Duties and responsibilities
- To encourage, receive and consider nominations for the awarding of specific College awards (including investigations into the appropriateness of awarding particular awards to individuals).
- To recommend to Council individuals for the College awards.
- To provide advice to regional offices and Fellows on the awards available.
