Endocrine Surgery
Objectives
The Endocrine Surgery Section aims to:
- act as a governing body for standards and policy development in areas related to Endocrine Surgery;
- assist in the development of training and accreditation requirements for the College and is closely associated with Australian and New Zealand Endocrine Surgeons (ANZES);
- foster and maintain the highest standards of care in Endocrine Surgery; and
- promote research into the understanding of normal and disordered function and management of the endocrine system.
Activities
Annual Scientific Congress (ASC)
Scientific and education programs are run at the ASC to further develop the understanding and surgical management of the endocrine system.
