Orthopaedic Surgery - New Zealand

The responsibility of the administration of the Orthopaedic Surgery Surgical Education Training (SET) program of RACS has been delegated to the New Zealand Orthopaedic Association (NZOA).

Past offers

In 2019 fourteen (14)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2020.
In 2020 twelve (12)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2021.
In 2021 fifteen (15)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2022.
In 2022 eleven (11)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2023.
In 2023 twenty (20)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2024.
In 2024 seventeen (17)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2025.
In 2025 thirteen (13)* Trainees were appointed into the SET Program to commence in 2026.
